Worked on the libretro/RetroArch project, focusing on enhancing user interface navigation and responsiveness over a two-month period. Delivered XMB Menu UX improvements by refining horizontal wrap animation and stabilizing quick menu icon positioning, which reduced visual glitches and improved cross-platform consistency. Later, implemented physics-based overscroll and snappy scrolling for the Material UI menu driver, introducing spring-based animation and scroll clamping to create a more tactile and responsive experience. Integrated these features with the pointer input system to ensure intuitive interactions. All work was completed using C, with an emphasis on UI development, animation handling, and input handling for game interfaces.
