Addressed a bug in zarf by refining Windows PowerShell environment variable substitution, converting ZARF and TF constants to the $Env: syntax for improved automation reliability on Windows. Utilized Go, YAML, and shell scripting to implement targeted fixes and enhancements, emphasizing robust testing and regular expression logic to ensure stable deployment workflows across both Unix-like and Windows environments.
