Kofi Owusu-Ofosu contributed to the ministryofjustice/modernisation-platform-environments repository by modernizing platform infrastructure with a focus on security and internal routing. He engineered the transition from a public-facing Application Load Balancer to an internal load balancer, integrating security groups and target groups to reduce external exposure and streamline internal traffic. Using Terraform and HCL, Kofi also managed the deprecation of legacy infrastructure, simplifying the environment. In the ministryofjustice/modernisation-platform repository, he enhanced security governance by provisioning PreProd access for security teams and implementing granular RBAC roles, strengthening access control and auditability. His work demonstrated depth in AWS, DevOps, and security management.
