Worked on governance and documentation hygiene improvements for the cri-o/cri-o repository, focusing on maintainer and contributor metadata accuracy. Addressed outdated ownership information by removing a former maintainer from relevant lists and updated MAINTAINERS.md formatting to comply with linting requirements. All changes were limited to documentation and metadata, with no modifications to runtime code. Utilized Markdown for documentation management and applied code formatting skills to ensure compatibility with automated tooling. These updates enhanced the reliability of contributor onboarding processes and improved project administration by maintaining up-to-date governance records, supporting smoother automation and reducing friction for future contributors and maintainers.
