Worked on the Metrolist repository to deliver Polish localization for the Android app’s user interface, focusing on expanding multilingual support and improving user experience for Polish speakers. Utilized XML and Weblate to translate 71% of UI strings, including updates for cropping album art and new mixes-related text, ensuring consistency across language variants. The approach emphasized establishing a sustainable translation workflow, with clear documentation to streamline future contributions and language expansions. No major bug fixes were addressed during this period, as efforts centered on localization, translation processes, and reinforcing the app’s readiness for broader international adoption and ongoing community-driven improvements.
