Worked on the spring-projects/spring-boot repository to enhance test infrastructure stability and maintainability, focusing on Jetty test configuration. Addressed a recurring maintenance issue by removing the idle timeout setting from Jetty test setups, which streamlined the configuration process and reduced unnecessary boilerplate. This targeted cleanup improved the reliability of automated tests and contributed to more stable continuous integration workflows. Leveraged Java and Spring Boot, with an emphasis on testing best practices, to ensure that the changes facilitated easier onboarding for new contributors and simplified ongoing maintenance.
