Developed a STARFACE PBX configuration template for the gonicus/gonnect repository, enabling standardized integration of STARFACE PBX systems across different environments. The work focused on configuration management using INI syntax, introducing a new starface.conf template that defines essential connection parameters such as hostname, username, and authentication. This template was registered in templates.qrc to ensure its availability during builds, supporting a template-driven deployment process and reducing manual configuration steps. By establishing this foundation, the project now supports more consistent telephony integrations and paves the way for future enhancements in automated configuration management within the gonnect codebase, emphasizing maintainability and scalability.
