Worked on expanding TEI content for Les Caractères in the cschuwey/UBS_M1_TEI repository, delivering a new preface and additional sections to enhance the textual corpus. Focused on metadata management and XML editing, the developer enriched bibliographic data, updated XML namespaces, and incorporated VIAF references into the TEI header to improve scholarly interoperability. Annotations were added to support discoverability and facilitate textual analysis. All changes were implemented through a series of four commits, ensuring reproducibility and traceability. The work established a foundation for higher metadata quality and interoperability, leveraging expertise in TEI, XML, and metadata management throughout the process.
