Worked on the IBM/cloud-pak-deployer repository to enhance the reliability of the Subscription Listing Script, focusing on deployment automation. Addressed robustness by implementing checks for required environment variables and verifying the presence of essential tools, which reduced runtime failures and improved error reporting. Improved project assignment logic and strengthened project existence validation to minimize misconfigurations in subscription listing workflows. Utilized bash scripting and DevOps practices to deliver these enhancements, emphasizing input validation, error handling, and code quality. The work resulted in more dependable automation and faster triage of issues, contributing to a more resilient deployment process within Kubernetes environments.
