Worked on improving Swedish localization within the electricitymaps-contrib repository by synchronizing sv.json with the core en.json file. Focused on resolving duplicated strings and correcting formatting inconsistencies to enhance the accuracy and maintainability of the Swedish language files. Utilized JSON and applied internationalization and localization best practices to reduce drift between language files, ensuring a more consistent user experience for Swedish users. The work streamlined future localization updates and simplified ongoing maintenance by aligning translation files with the project’s standards. This targeted bug fix contributed to the overall quality and reliability of the repository’s multilingual support during the month.
