During December 2024, Pavelka localized the jellyfin/jellyfin-androidtv repository by completing Czech translations for both the Jellyfin Android and Android TV applications. Using XML and the Weblate platform, Pavelka translated 535 strings, expanding accessibility and improving the user experience for Czech-speaking users. The work focused on enhancing the product’s internationalization readiness, ensuring that the interface and features are fully usable in Czech. By contributing directly to the repository’s localization workflow, Pavelka strengthened the project’s multilingual support. The depth of the contribution lies in the comprehensive coverage of user-facing strings, though the work was limited to a single feature update.
