Worked on enhancing the XWiki Platform by advancing its internationalization through German localization of the Localization Macro. Leveraging Java and XML, the developer utilized Weblate to manage and deliver translations, achieving 72.7% completion by translating 8 out of 11 strings. This contribution improved accessibility for German-speaking users and aligned with the platform’s ongoing localization roadmap. All work was committed to the xwiki/xwiki-platform repository, with progress and translation status documented for transparency. No bugs were fixed during this period, as the focus remained on feature development and documentation, demonstrating a methodical approach to incremental localization and internationalization efforts.
