Worked on the kgateway-dev/kgateway repository to deliver Agentgateway Traffic Policy Enhancements, introducing configurable options for CORS, header modifiers, retry logic, and timeouts to improve traffic management and request/response reliability. Leveraged Go and YAML to implement policy-driven configuration, enabling safer deployments and more reliable routing for API traffic. Developed and validated comprehensive tests for these new traffic policy features, integrating them into the existing CI pipeline to ensure robust coverage. Focused on API management and Kubernetes-based traffic control, the work enhanced the flexibility and reliability of Agentgateway’s traffic handling, directly supporting improved customer experience and operational stability.
