Addressed subtitle delivery reliability in jellyfin/jellyfin by optimizing the download pipeline, reducing redundant subtitle fetches, and refining media stream indexing using C# and backend development skills. Enhanced user navigation across desktop and web clients by fixing Wayland keyboard keycode mapping and streamlining controller input handling with JavaScript, aligning behavior with Chromium standards. The work demonstrated a methodical approach to cross-platform compatibility and user experience, emphasizing maintainability and efficiency in both backend and front end development contexts.
