The startup command was updated to launch the Beaker kernel server under the correct user context with appropriate environment variables, supporting scalable server-mode operation. This approach improved deployment consistency and security across environments, leveraging Docker and system administration expertise to streamline the setup process and facilitate traceable, maintainable infrastructure changes.
