Enhanced the bug report template by changing its file extension and adding structured prompts, which streamlined triage and routing for maintainers. Leveraged skills in documentation, issue template management, and issue tracking to deliver a feature that supports faster assessment and resolution of issues, ultimately improving operational traceability and the overall contributor experience.
