Over a two-month period, contributed to automation and configuration management in the zarf-dev/zarf and defenseunicorns/uds-common repositories. Developed remote values files support for Zarf charts, enabling HTTP-based retrieval of configuration files to streamline deployment workflows and reduce reliance on local files. In defenseunicorns/uds-common, delivered enhancements to the publish workflow, introducing architecture and base repository targeting for flexible multi-repo publishing, and implemented a callable pipeline for SBOM and container image scanning using the uds-pk tool. Leveraged Go, Bash, and YAML alongside CI/CD, Helm, and security scanning practices to improve automation, governance, and traceability across deployment and release processes.
