During their tenure, Matni developed a Net Worth Visualization feature for the actualbudget/actual repository, focusing on a stacked line graph that displays assets and debts over time. Leveraging React, TypeScript, and SCSS, Matni implemented interactive charting logic with tooltips to enhance data clarity and user engagement. The solution introduced a feature toggle for stacked presentation, allowing users to analyze financial trends and gain insights into their net worth. Integration with existing charting components was carefully managed, and performance impact was validated. This work deepened the platform’s data visualization capabilities, supporting more informed budgeting and planning for end users.
