Worked on the Leaflet/Leaflet repository over two months, focusing on front-end development, CI/CD, and release management using JavaScript, Markdown, and YAML. Delivered a dialog popup frequency enhancement by adjusting a JavaScript constant, reducing user interruptions while maintaining engagement, and updated related documentation for clarity and maintainability. Later, modernized build artifact distribution by migrating from S3 to the npm registry, updating CI/CD workflows and release processes to streamline artifact access and improve reproducibility. All changes were documented to support onboarding and contributor experience, reflecting a methodical approach to both user-facing features and internal developer tooling improvements.
