During February 2025, work focused on stabilizing the containerized Java service within the Crown-Commercial-Service/ccs-scale-cat-service repository. The developer addressed a critical bug by updating the Dockerfile to use the exec form of ENTRYPOINT, ensuring the Java process runs as PID 1 and properly receives operating system signals, which improved process management reliability.
