Focused on configuration management and DevOps, the work involved removing obsolete environment variables from MCP configurations, specifically targeting the dev-mcp server. This approach reduced deployment complexity and minimized configuration drift, streamlining environment-variable management for production readiness. The changes, implemented using JSON, enabled smoother rollouts by aligning deployment settings with general availability requirements. Collaboration with other contributors was demonstrated through co-authored commits, reflecting a cross-team approach. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery.
