Worked on enhancing Latvian language support in the penpot/penpot repository by updating and cleaning the localization dataset. Focused on improving accessibility for Latvian users, the work involved editing PO translation files, removing outdated entries, and aligning the data with the latest localization workflow. No bug fixes were addressed during this period, as the primary goal was to streamline the internationalization process and prepare the codebase for scalable translations. Demonstrated proficiency in localization and translation management, ensuring that the repository’s i18n infrastructure is cleaner and more maintainable. The technical approach emphasized data consistency and readiness for future language expansions.
