In June 2025, Nidhi Godha developed and shipped the ServiceNow Integration Entity Definition within the newrelic/entity-definitions repository. She introduced a new NGEP domain entity type, SERVICE_NOW_INTEGRATION, designed to support lifecycle-controlled governance for ServiceNow integrations. By configuring entity expiration to manual and disabling alerts, Nidhi reduced operational noise while maintaining precise control over the integration’s lifecycle. Her work focused on configuration management using YAML, ensuring that the integration could be managed flexibly without unnecessary alert fatigue. Although the project scope was focused, the solution addressed a clear need for controlled, low-noise integration management within the New Relic ecosystem.

In June 2025, shipped the ServiceNow Integration Entity Definition in the newrelic/entity-definitions repo. This adds a dedicated NGEP domain entity type SERVICE_NOW_INTEGRATION with manual expiration and alerts disabled to minimize noise while enabling lifecycle-controlled governance for the ServiceNow integration.
