During May 2025, Nick Sullivan developed and refined a CI/CD pipeline for the agarasia/SER516_Spring25_Teams_3_and_4_Frontend repository, focusing on automating Docker image publishing for both frontend and middleware components. Leveraging YAML, Docker, and GitHub Actions, he implemented a workflow that builds, tags, and publishes images on release tags, standardizing image naming conventions and correcting Dockerfile paths to ensure reliable deployments. His work included targeted enhancements to workflow reliability, such as job renaming and process stabilization, which reduced manual intervention and streamlined the release process. The project demonstrated depth in automation and deployment engineering within a short timeframe.
