During April 2025, Savaiya developed automation and deployment tooling for the agarasia/SER516_Spring25_Teams_3_and_4_Backend and Frontend repositories, focusing on reducing manual work and improving release reliability. Leveraging Python, Java, and Docker, Savaiya introduced Renovate Bot for automated dependency updates and built a Repository Metrics Middleware with parsing utilities to streamline metrics collection. CI/CD workflows were established using GitHub Actions to automate Docker image publishing, including version tagging and validation. A RepoFetcher utility was implemented for secure repository cloning, and a targeted bug fix improved deployment control. The work demonstrated depth in backend automation and DevOps best practices.
