Leveraged R, Shell, and YAML to implement robust unit handling, metadata management, and CI/CD integration, while addressing bugs in data interpolation and mapping logic. Enhanced documentation and onboarding materials to support maintainability and faster contributor ramp-up. The work resulted in more reliable releases, streamlined data workflows, and improved reporting accuracy for emissions and scenario data.

A maintenance step completed the package rename to updatePlusUnit and bumped the version, setting a solid foundation for maintainable, scalable data workflows.
