Worked on enhancing Catalan localization for PokéRogue in the pagefaultgames/pokerogue-locales repository, focusing on improving accessibility and user experience for Catalan-speaking players. The work involved updating JSON-based localization files across abilities, battle messages, game mechanics, and UI elements, ensuring consistency and reducing translation gaps. Collaborated with other localization contributors using Pontoon tooling and Git, co-authoring five commits that streamlined the internationalization workflow. Emphasized quality assurance and cross-functional teamwork to maintain translation accuracy. This effort strengthened the maintainability of the localization process and laid groundwork for future multilingual support, directly impacting player engagement and satisfaction within the game.
