Worked on the Azure/bicep-registry-modules repository to enhance reliability for Azure Bicep managed identity deployments by addressing deployment name collisions that previously caused ARM conflicts during concurrent operations. Applied Infrastructure as Code principles using Bicep and Azure Resource Manager, incorporating the user-assigned identity name into the unique deployment hash to prevent conflicts. Updated the telemetry deployment API version to 2025-04-01, enabling safe, concurrent deployments within the same resource group. Validated these changes through both automated linting and manual testing of simultaneous deployments, resulting in more resilient CI/CD pipelines and scalable identity management for cloud infrastructure environments.
