Paul Delpy developed the PSCC Patient Data Module for the samply/focus repository, focusing on standardized patient data retrieval and analysis in a healthcare context. He designed and implemented CQL templates and integrated code lists and observation codes to support robust data modeling and facilitate consistent data extraction. Working primarily with Rust and CQL, Paul aligned the new module with existing repository patterns to ensure maintainability and scalability for future enhancements. His work addressed the need for structured patient data workflows, enabling more efficient analysis and retrieval processes. Over the month, he delivered one feature with no major bugs reported during development.
