Worked on the PaloAltoNetworks/pan.dev repository to deliver the NGTS TLS Protect Cloud API reference for Strata Cloud Manager, creating a comprehensive OpenAPI specification and detailed documentation in JSON and JavaScript. Focused on covering 97 out of 111 certificate and machine identity operations, the work improved API governance and developer experience. Updated API terminology by renaming 'Service Accounts' to 'Built-In Accounts' throughout the OpenAPI documentation, ensuring consistency with internal CI pipelines and reference numbering. All changes were validated for quality, resulting in zero Spectral errors and full alignment with PANW compliance standards across documentation and API references.
