Worked on the vechain/app-hub repository to enhance ecosystem hygiene by developing a cleanup feature that removed manifest files for three discontinued decentralized applications. This targeted update aimed to prevent exposure to outdated or non-compliant services, thereby preserving the integrity of the ecosystem and improving the user experience. The approach focused on backend development and data management, utilizing JSON for precise manifest handling and aligning with ongoing compliance and housekeeping initiatives. By eliminating deprecated references, the work strengthened repository maintainability and ensured that only current, compliant dApps remained accessible, reflecting a methodical approach to ecosystem management and technical debt reduction.
