Developed and contributed a new Homebrew Cask for CoTerm version 1.0 in the lizongying/homebrew-cask repository, focusing on robust package management and cross-platform installation. The work involved implementing architecture- and OS-specific installation logic, defining checksums, configuring download URLs, and setting up post-install initialization to ensure reliable deployment. Refactored the OS and architecture definitions to streamline future maintenance and removed redundant setup caveats, enhancing clarity and maintainability. Addressed peer review feedback to further improve packaging reliability. The project was executed using Ruby and leveraged Homebrew and Homebrew Cask expertise, demonstrating attention to detail in package management workflows and repository hygiene.
