Developed a Cluster Orchestrator Configuration Management feature for the harness-go-sdk repository, focusing on enabling granular control over cluster orchestration settings. The work involved designing and implementing a new API endpoint in Go to update orchestrator configurations, as well as expanding data models using Go and JSON to support consolidation, fallback, commitment integration, and replacement windows. This approach allowed for safer and more flexible orchestration updates, laying the foundation for automated and repeatable change management. The engineering effort emphasized backend development and API design, addressing the need for robust configuration management in complex cluster environments without introducing any bug fixes during the period.
