Worked on backend infrastructure and cloud automation, focusing on two main repositories. In canonical/oci-factory, implemented automated Git LFS detection and installation using Go and CI/CD practices, ensuring reliable large-file handling during repository checkouts and reducing onboarding friction for new environments. In eksctl-io/eksctl, delivered Ubuntu 26.04 compatibility by extending the AMI and SSM resolvers and updating validation logic, enabling users to deploy clusters on the latest Ubuntu release. Leveraged AWS, Go, and YAML to enhance deployment flexibility and maintainability. The work addressed both feature expansion and reliability, contributing to smoother CI processes and broader OS support.
