Developed and delivered a customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey workflow for the google/adk-js repository, automating the collection of user feedback on closed issues. Leveraging JavaScript and GitHub Actions, the workflow posts survey links based on specific labels, ensuring targeted and relevant feedback requests. The implementation included refactoring script architecture for improved reliability, consolidating constants for maintainability, and migrating scripts to .cjs extensions for consistency. By refining label matching and removing outdated labels, the workflow reduced noise and streamlined the feedback process. These enhancements improved product insight, supported more responsive issue resolution, and increased developer efficiency through workflow automation.
