Developed and delivered cross-shell shell completion for command line interfaces in the Homebrew/homebrew-core repository, enabling auto-completion support across zsh, bash, fish, and PowerShell. This work involved implementing generation of completion scripts using Ruby and command line interface development skills, with a focus on multi-shell automation and cross-shell scripting. The feature improved user experience by streamlining command discovery, reducing input errors, and facilitating smoother onboarding for Homebrew users. No major bugs were addressed during this period, but the contribution enhanced the reliability and usability of brew commands, demonstrating effective open-source collaboration and version control practices within the core repository.
