Worked on aligning cluster-logging deployment processes with OpenShift 4.18 by updating the Cluster Logging Operator catalog channel in the openshift-kni/cnf-features-deploy repository. Addressed a compatibility issue by changing the ClusterLogSubscription channel from stable-6.0 to stable-6.1, ensuring that deployments consistently use the correct version of the cluster-logging-operator. Utilized DevOps practices and Kubernetes expertise, with configuration changes implemented in YAML. This update reduced the risk of deploying outdated operator versions and improved deployment stability by enforcing accurate catalog channel selection, supporting predictable and reliable cluster-logging deployments compatible with the latest OpenShift Container Platform stable release.
