Worked on frontend UX improvements for the Content Preview feature in the box-ui-elements repository, focusing on enhancing perceived responsiveness and visual stability. Developed a deferred loading indicator using React and TypeScript to prevent flicker during content loading, and refactored the loading state model for greater simplicity and reliability. Incorporated UI/UX design principles and addressed AI review feedback to ensure a cleaner user experience. Additionally, implemented a targeted fix to hide the loading indicator during video preload, reducing misleading cues for users. The work emphasized stable state management and contributed to a more reliable and visually consistent content preview component.
