During March 2025, Sarah Diaz contributed to the mkatopola/wdd330-team-5 repository by delivering two targeted features focused on environment configuration. She updated the team roster to reflect current membership and introduced an environment-driven approach for backend connectivity, enabling the application to dynamically reference the backend server URL through a VITE_SERVER_URL variable.
