Worked on the mkatopola/wdd330-team-5 repository to deliver two features focused on environment configuration and team management. Implemented an environment-driven backend connectivity solution by introducing a VITE_SERVER_URL variable through an environment file, enabling the application to flexibly connect to backend services across different deployments. Updated the team roster to reflect current contributors, ensuring accurate project documentation. The technical approach emphasized safe and adaptable configuration management, leveraging environment variables and configuration files to support scalable deployment practices. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on foundational setup using environment configuration skills and best practices for maintainable codebases.
