Developed and delivered the Experiment Visual Changeset API for the jrnold/growthbook repository, enabling automated management and governance of visual changes within experiments. This work involved designing a new REST endpoint using Express.js and TypeScript, with a focus on robust permission validation and structured request handling to ensure secure and consistent API interactions. The implementation improved reliability and security by enforcing validated permissions and consistent endpoint naming. Collaboration with other developers was integral to the process, resulting in a feature that streamlines visual changeset workflows and enhances developer productivity. Technologies used included TypeScript, YAML, and backend API development practices.
