Developed and delivered AWS infrastructure monitoring entity definitions for EKS Cluster and AWS Mount Target within the newrelic/entity-definitions repository. This work introduced daily expiration and alerting mechanisms, enhancing observability, lifecycle management, and incident response for AWS resources. Leveraged skills in AWS, cloud monitoring, and infrastructure as code, using YAML to model entity definitions and configure alerting. The approach focused on expanding monitoring coverage and improving governance by enabling proactive detection of infrastructure changes. Collaboration was demonstrated through clear, traceable commits in a multi-repository environment. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery and monitoring improvements.
