Worked on the TriliumNext/Trilium repository to advance French localization for Trilium Notes, focusing on translating user interface elements related to note deletion and attachment management. Leveraged JSON for translation files and utilized Weblate to automate the i18n workflow, achieving 88.8% completion by translating 1671 out of 1880 strings. The approach emphasized commit-level traceability and seamless integration of new language support, enabling immediate usability for French-speaking users. This work enhanced accessibility and laid the foundation for broader multilingual adoption, while strengthening the localization process and supporting future internationalization efforts. No bug fixes were addressed during this period.
