Worked on improving the CI/CD onboarding experience for the werf/werf repository by focusing on documentation-driven enhancements. Addressed a key issue by migrating outdated Kubernetes CI/CD workflow guides to the new Getting Started Configurator, ensuring that documentation accurately reflects the current setup process. Utilized Helm and Markdown to update and streamline the documentation, which helped reduce onboarding confusion and lowered support overhead. Linked relevant changes to the project changelog for traceability. The work emphasized maintaining consistency across documentation and aligning it with the latest CI/CD practices, ultimately simplifying the setup flow for new users and improving overall project maintainability.
