Worked on expanding localization support for the Jellyfin web and core repositories by delivering Welsh language translations and improving the underlying translation workflow. Focused on updating UI strings and introducing new translation keys, the work leveraged JSON and Weblate to streamline the process and ensure consistency across both jellyfin/jellyfin-web and jellyfin/jellyfin. This approach enhanced accessibility for Welsh-speaking users and laid the foundation for broader multilingual support. By integrating Weblate-driven workflows, the developer enabled faster and higher-quality translation updates, addressing language barriers and supporting ongoing internationalization efforts within the software development and web development domains.
