During March 2026, work focused on delivering Italian localization for the Metrolist UI repository, enabling Italian-speaking users to navigate the application with translated interface strings. The localization process was managed through Weblate, utilizing XML to translate 709 out of 762 strings, reaching 93% completion. Emphasis was placed on establishing a scalable translation workflow and ensuring translation quality, with no major bugs reported during the period. This effort enhanced accessibility for Italian users and laid the foundation for future internationalization. The project leveraged skills in i18n, localization, and translation, supporting broader market reach and improved onboarding for non-English-speaking customers.
