Worked on the usebruno/bruno repository to address a specific issue in directory management, focusing on improving the user experience during collection management tasks. Implemented a targeted bug fix that ensures directory items are reordered correctly after deletions by dispatching a reorder action based on the parent directory. This approach reduced edge cases and aligned the user interface with the underlying data, particularly benefiting users managing large directories. The solution was delivered with a minimal surface change, emphasizing reliability and stability. Utilized React and Redux for front end development, leveraging JavaScript to enhance UI correctness and reduce user confusion during deletions.
