Worked on the CarnegieLearningWeb/UpGrade repository to deliver a Six-AZ Subnet Expansion, enabling the infrastructure to support all six AWS Availability Zones. Focused on enhancing scalability and reliability, the work involved configuring new subnets using AWS CloudFormation and YAML, distributing resources to improve fault tolerance and deployment flexibility. The approach emphasized network provisioning and infrastructure configuration, with careful version control to ensure traceability of changes. This foundational update established readiness for future multi-AZ scaling and improved uptime resilience, addressing core cloud infrastructure needs. No major bugs were fixed during this period, with efforts concentrated on robust, forward-looking network architecture.
