Worked on enhancing breadcrumb rendering within the civictheme/monorepo-drupal repository, focusing on improving navigation reliability for Drupal-based sites. Addressed issues with inconsistent breadcrumb links by refining render array handling in the Drupal theme, ensuring that breadcrumbs display correctly and align with user experience expectations. The solution involved PHP development and deep knowledge of Drupal’s theming system, resulting in more predictable and user-friendly navigation across the site. Collaborated through co-authored commits to deliver this feature, which reduced rendering inconsistencies and potential user confusion. The work demonstrated a strong grasp of Drupal development practices and effective application of PHP for frontend improvements.
