Worked on the gristlabs/grist-core repository to deliver German localization enhancements, focusing on internationalization and accessibility for German-speaking users. Implemented a Weblate-driven translation workflow, enabling efficient management of multilingual content and laying the groundwork for future language support. Utilized JSON for translation management, ensuring document access messages and admin notifications were fully translated and accessible. The approach emphasized localization readiness, allowing for streamlined onboarding of additional languages with minimal incremental effort. No bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary focus remained on feature development and establishing robust processes for ongoing translation and localization within the project’s core infrastructure.
