
Worked on the Painted-Echoes repository to enhance user privacy by deactivating analytics tracking throughout the Unity project. Addressed this by setting the m_IsActive property to zero in all Unity scene files and commenting out analytics initialization and privacy policy logic within the SceneLoader script. Utilized C# and Unity Engine skills to ensure analytics functionality was fully deprecated without impacting core gameplay. Maintained clear traceability by documenting changes in version control, supporting future audits or rollbacks. This work reduced telemetry overhead and potential performance bottlenecks, reflecting a focused approach to privacy and maintainability in game development over the course of the month.
